🌐 We’re Hiring: Network & IT Support Officer – Lahore

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Network & IT Support Officer to join our growing IT Infra team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.

1–2 years of professional experience in IT / Network support.

CCNA certification (preferred).

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).

Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.

Familiarity with Windows & Linux environments.

Ability to provide end-user support (network, hardware/software issues, printers, emails, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strong communication skills.

Candidate must be locally available in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, networking, and systems.

Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

Support daily Network & IT Infra operations including user accounts, access control, and backups.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, servers, network devices).

Ensure IT security best practices are followed.

Coordinate with vendors/service providers for timely issue resolution.
