Job Responsibilities

➤ Deliver quality customer support to international clients

➤ Manage and resolve client inquiries with efficiency and empathy

➤ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

➤ Maintain service quality benchmarks and ensure customer satisfaction

➤ Lead and mentor support teams (for Lead/Manager roles)

Job Requirements

➤ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

➤ Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is a plus

➤ Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle pressure

➤ Leadership and management skills for senior roles

➤ Strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork
