COORDINATOR TO CEO

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Permanent

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·        Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred

·        3–5 years of proven experience in a similar executive support role, ideally within FMCG or a corporate setup

·        Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools

·        Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)

·        Highly organized, proactive and discreet in handling sensitive information

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

 HEAD OF SALES

Job Type: Permanent

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·        8–10 years of progressive experience in Sales, including exposure to:

 1. General Trade (GT)

 2.  Local Modern Trade Stores (LMTS)

 3.  International Modern Trade Stores (IMTS)

·        Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

·        Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

·        Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

·        Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies across multiple channels

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER – BULK & INSTITUTIONAL

Job Type: Permanent

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

·        Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales or HORECA sector

·        Established network within the hospitality and bulk buying industry

·        Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan

·        Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement and team management skills
