1)- Sales Development Representative [International] / Call Center Agent*
Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM with 1-Hour Flexible Break - Monday to Friday, Sat & Sun Off

Experience of 1-2 years (preferably from IBEX, TRG/Other Call Centers) of international client dealing by making outbound calls and doing cold calling, having good command on English.

Requirements:
Intermediate or Graduation (Completed)
Age between 19 to 30 years
Timings 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM with 1 Hour Break / Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun OFF)

2) SEO Expert / Manager

Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM / 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 7:00 - 4:00 AM with 1-Hour Flexible Break

Job Description:

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success and alignment with SEO strategies.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams and paid search copy.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings and ad performance.
Understand and meet the requirements of clients, delivering strategies and results accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in SEO and SEM management.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role.
Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Grammarly, and Jasper AI.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

3) Social Media Manager / Department Coach / Social media buying (Meta Ads)

Job Description:

Develop and implement organic social strategy and guidelines
Be a steward of excellent messaging, grammar, and writing.
Stay on top of industry trends and tools in the social media space.
Be a wiz at creating interesting and fun social media content. Must be able to create high quality Instagram stories, Reels, TikTok, tweets, and more quickly and with strong attention to detail.
Lead the Social Media team and work collaboratively and cross-functionally to brainstorm and lay out content calendars.
Monitor and report on performance to make necessary changes to grow social media audiences.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Social Media and SM management.
Proven experience as an Social Media Manager or similar role.
Updated with current trends and experienced in getting results from social media
Proficiency in ChatGPT, Slack, and ClickUp
Familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Strong knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Excellent communication, writing, and content planning skills
Experience in building social media calendars
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
