1) Sr. HR Executive
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters (HR, Business Administration or relevant field)
Experience: 3 to 4 years (HR Generalist / HR Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
Support recruitment, onboarding and documentation
Manage attendance, payroll coordination and employee records
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Support employee engagement and performance management
2) HR Officer
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters (HR, Business Administration or relevant field)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Support daily HR operations and coordination with departments
Assist in attendance, leave and record management
Support HR reporting and admin tasks
Requirements (For Both Positions):
