Timings: 9 PM TO 6 AM (Pacific Time zone) (Mon - Fri)

LDP Logistics, Inc. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in the following roles for one of our Clients:

 🔹 Open Positions

1 - Customer Service Executive

2 - Accounts Receivable Officer

🔹 Customer Service Executive 

 Job Responsibilities:

·        Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

·        Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

·        Maintain accurate customer records

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

·        1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.

(International)

·        Strong command in English verbal and written communication skills.

·        Customer-focused attitude, negotiation and problem-solving skills

·        Basic computer and CRM knowledge

🔹 Accounts Receivable Officer 

 Job Responsibilities:

·        Generate and issue customer invoices

·        Follow up on outstanding payments

·        Maintain accurate receivable records

·        Reconcile customer accounts

·        Coordinate with sales and finance teams

Requirements:

·        1 to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role

·        Basic understanding of accounting principles

·        Proficiency in MS Excel

·        Good communication and follow-up skills
