🚀 We’re Hiring — Android Developers & UI/UX Designers

MTA Technologies is expanding its product-based team in Islamabad! We’re looking for passionate UI/UX Designers and Android Developers across all experience levels who want to build impactful, real-world digital products.
Android Developer (Onsite | Full-Time)
What you’ll do:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
- Write clean, scalable Kotlin code
- Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs
- Optimize performance for smooth user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Android development experience
- Expertise in Kotlin & Android SDK
- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, Room DB, ViewModel, LiveData
- Knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture
- Experience with Jetpack components & Git
- Experience with Google Ads implementation is a plus
- Product-based app experience preferred
🎨 UI/UX Designer (Onsite | Full-Time)
What you’ll do:
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into elegant UI/UX solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
- Improve usability through feedback and user testing
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on UI/UX design experience
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Experience with Google Play Store graphics
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, color, and layout
- Experience with product-based teams is a plus
