Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Technician / Service Engineer to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing smartphones and mobile devices while delivering a superior service experience. Your ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, communication, and professionalism is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets (Android & iOS)

Perform technical repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging issues, motherboard-level repairs, etc.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activities, including parts used and work completed
Deliver prompt and professional service to customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate through excellent service quality and after-service support
Conduct post-repair testing to ensure all devices meet quality standards before handover
Educate customers on proper device care and usage to reduce repeat issues
Stay updated with the latest mobile repair trends and technologies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and meet performance targets

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile device repair or a similar technical service role
Strong technical knowledge of mobile hardware/software systems
Experience using industry-standard repair tools and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality
DAE/Bachelor in Electronics, Mobile Repair, or related field preferred
