We are expanding our tech team and looking for 2 Mobile App Developers to work on fintech / microfinance applications with AI exposure.
📍 Location: Remote (Karachi, Pakistan only)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 4–6+ years
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end mobile application development (architecture to deployment)
Build and scale fintech / microfinance mobile applications
Collaborate with product, backend, and AI teams
Ensure app performance, security, and scalability
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
🛠 Required Skills & Technologies:
Mobile: Flutter or React Native (preferred)
Frontend: Dart / JavaScript / TypeScript
Backend: Node.js / NestJS / Django / Spring Boot
Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase
APIs: REST / GraphQL
Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP, Docker, CI/CD
Fintech Experience: Microfinance, digital lending, KYC, payments
AI Exposure: AI/ML API integrations (credit scoring, chatbots, fraud detection)
Tools: Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum
