🚨 We’re Hiring – Medical Virtual Assistant 🚨

Prime Doc Billing LLC is looking for a skilled Medical Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team at our I-9 Islamabad office (On-site, Full-time).

Scope of Work:

✔️ Patient scheduling & rescheduling

✔️ Handling inbound & outbound patient calls

✔️ Patient support to resolve queries

✔️ Strong grip on VOBs & prior authorizations

✔️ Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Chat, dialers, patient CRMs & multiple EHRs

✔️ Excellent communication skills

Job Details:

🕕 Shift Time: 6 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

📍 Location: I-9 Islamabad (On-site, Full-time)

⚡ Immediate joiners will be preferred
