📍 Location: Karachi
🧾 Experience: 5–7 years in Brand/Marketing Management (FMCG/Distribution preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and retail channels.
2. Manage digital presence including distributor website, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
3. Plan and implement product launches, seasonal promotions, and bundle offers.
4. Build and execute influencer collaborations and PR initiatives.
5. Plan and deliver in-store activations, POS materials, and trade events.
6. Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and competitor insights.
7. Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure marketing supports business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in FMCG/Brand Marketing or distribution-driven industries.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and influencer management.
3. Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
