We are hiring “Marketing Information Manager” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.

Provide insights that anticipate competitor strategies and enable proactive decision-making.

Deliver in-depth market analysis to ensure high-quality inputs for industry, volume, and share planning.

Identify and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of market and industry insights.

Continuously enhance tools and methodologies for more effective data analysis and reporting.

Support above-market reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Manage reporting, planning, and forecasting cadence with actionable insights.

Act as an effective partner to multiple stakeholders, building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships.

Lead and motivate teams by providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in tobacco, FMCG, or a similar industry.

Strong experience in competitor analysis and both quantitative and qualitative research.

Proven ability in project management, with experience delivering complex analysis projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Team management experience, including motivating and coaching others.

Regional experience and a financial background preferred.
