Days: Mon - Sat (10 am to 7 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance (Income Tax & Sales Tax):
Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax and Sales Tax returns.
Oversee tax payments and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Maintain updated knowledge of local, provincial, and federal tax laws.
Manage reconciliation of tax-related accounts and ledgers.
2. Handling Tax Notices and Assessments:
Review and respond to notices from tax authorities in a timely and effective manner.
Liaise with tax consultants and auditors during assessments or audits.
Represent the company during tax audits and inquiries as required.
3. Sales Monitoring & Analysis:
Monitor sales data for accurate tax calculation and reporting.
Ensure proper application of tax rates and exemptions.
Collaborate with the sales and ERP teams to ensure tax accuracy in invoicing.
4. Import Sales Tax & Annexure Management:
Manage import-related tax documentation including proper calculation and recording of import sales tax.
Prepare and submit required annexures (e.g., Annex-C, Annex-F, etc.) on a monthly basis.
Ensure all import and purchase records are aligned with tax filings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in tax management, with strong exposure to Income and Sales Tax.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Proficiency in taxation software and MS Office tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
