Manager / Sr. Manager Procurement
Master's in supply chain, Business, Finance with 9-12 years of experience ofΒ
procurement.
The role leads category-wise procurement operations by developing and executing long-term sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating cost-effective, compliant contracts. It ensures ethical procurement, supply continuity, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, P2P process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, operations, quality, and OSP teams. The position also drives vendor governance, market intelligence, and performance management to meet business and customer requirements.
