Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

 Location: DHA Phase-II, Islamabad

 

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent and motivated HR Generalist join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions, contribute to recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, and help maintain a professional and positive work environment.

 

 Qualifications:

 ·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 ·        HR-related certifications will be considered an added advantage

 Experience.

 ·        2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

 ·        Experience in a corporate or technology-driven organization will be preferred.

 

 Key Skills & Competencies:

 ·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 ·        Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

 ·        Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 ·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 ·        Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination with departmental heads.

 ·        Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and talent pools.

 ·        Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and follow-ups.

 ·        Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture building, and employer branding.

 ·        Handle day-to-day HR operations, including HR documentation, benefits coordination, and employee support.
