Job Title: AI Graphic Designer

Experience: 3–5 years

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in Islamabad due to future business plans)

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM PK Time

Role Overview:

This role focuses on Graphic Design, visual branding, and performance-driven creatives across digital platforms. You’ll combine strong design fundamentals with AI tools to rapidly ideate, generate, refine, and scale visuals while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create digital graphic assets for social media, ads, websites, landing pages, and campaigns

(posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, covers, creatives, brand visuals)

-Use AI-powered design tools and models to generate concepts, layouts, imagery, and design variations

-Design and refine visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

-Develop social-first, performance-driven creatives optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

-Create thumbnails, ad creatives, and static visual assets that drive engagement and conversions

-Collaborate on creative concepts, visual directions, and design systems

-Maintain brand consistency, typography, color systems, and layout standards

-Rapidly iterate designs based on performance metrics, feedback, and platform trends

-Organize and maintain design libraries, templates, and AI-generated assets

Must-Have Skills:

-Strong professional experience in graphic design

-Hands-on experience using AI tools for graphic design and visual creation

-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

-Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

-Experience creating performance-focused, social-first design assets

-Deep understanding of platform-specific design formats and constraints

-Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high visual quality

Nice to Have:

-Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations

-Familiarity with After Effects for lightweight animated visuals

-Experience designing for ads, growth campaigns, and conversion-focused creatives

-Background working with SaaS, tech, or real estate brands

-Experience building design systems and scalable templates

-Understanding of AI image generation, enhancement, and creative automation workflows
