Switch Communications is Hiring Creative Manager

We are looking for a Creative Manager to lead our in-house creative team (ThreeDot). You will guide designers, content writers, and video creators to produce work that is visually strong, user-friendly, and effective. 

ThreeDot represents our creative function to external clients, delivering end-to-end creative solutions across digital, product, and marketing needs, while ensuring our brand and products come to life in every campaign.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧: 

· Lead the end-to-end design (UI/UX) of digital products, from concept and ideation to final execution.

· Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences.

· Define and enforce design systems, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across apps, websites, and platforms.

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:

· Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

· Partner with marketing and growth teams to design high-impact content for social media, advertising, and email campaigns.

· Leverage performance data, insights, and feedback to optimize creative effectiveness.

· Ensure all creative outputs remain on-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with business objectives.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 

· Define and oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with brand voice, product goals, and audience needs.

· Supervise copywriting, social media content, and campaign messaging to maintain clarity and consistency.

· Ensure designs remain modern, relevant, and aligned with evolving brand identity.

· Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement within the team.

𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

· Oversee video production projects from concept and storyboarding through final delivery.

· Collaborate with teams on filming, editing, animation, and motion graphics.

· Ensure video content supports marketing initiatives and product storytelling while being optimized for platform performance.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 & 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

· Lead client pitches, proposals, and presentations with clear articulation of creative strategy and value.

· Act as a senior representative of ThreeDot, presenting the agency’s capabilities to clients and stakeholders.

· Manage client onboarding by establishing clear scopes, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and creative delivery.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· 4–6 years of experience in creative roles, including managing a team.

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or related field.

· Knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere.
