Manager / Sr. Manager Material Development
Master's degree in Business Administration or Textile Engineering with 10 -14 years of experience.
The position is responsible for leading and managing the material development function by ensuring the timely sourcing, development, and customer approval of fabrics and trim materials in line with seasonal calendars and brand requirements. The role plays a critical part in enabling seamless product development, mitigating material-related risks, and enhancing sales conversion through material readiness and innovation. Additionally, it contributes to strengthening customer relationships, developing a high-performing team, and supporting the divisionβs business development initiatives, all with the objective of achieving sales targets and volume within the framework of established policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the supervisor.
