Manager / Sr. Manager HRBP (Hosiery & Denim)
MBA / MPA / BBA with 10 - 14 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or related strategic HR roles.
This position is responsible for serving as a strategic bridge between Business and HR, ensuring that talent priorities are aligned with organizational goals. It supports workforce planning and enhances performance management in collaboration with the Talent Management team, while identifying emerging talent and succession requirements. The role also contributes to employee engagement initiatives, promotes diversity and inclusion, and leverages HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making, all in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and leadership directives.
Location: Plant 1 – Faisalabad
