Job Title:     Manager Quality Control (Apparel Unit)

Location:      Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate) 

A leading Garments Export Manufacturing Unit in Faisalabad looking for Manager Quality.

Job Summary:

·      Develop, implement, and monitor Quality SOPs

·      Reduce rework, alteration, and rejection rates through continuous improvement.

·      Maintain quality checklists and defect analysis reports.

·      Control production lines and ensure AQL inspection standards

·      Manage internal and external audits

·      Lead, train, and manage QC staff including supervisors, checkers, and inspectors.

·      Conduct regular training sessions on sewing quality, measurement control, and defect prevention.

·      Prepare for buyer inspections, factory audits, and pre-final inspections.

·      Handle buyer quality issues, complaints, and corrective action plans.

·      Handle buyer requirements, communication, and compliance

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.

Education & Skills

Bachelor Degree in Textile/ Garments, or related field experience.

Experience

8-10 years of experience is required in Quality Control.

Strong experience in Fashion Products.

Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing operations, fabrics, and trims.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent tasks.
