M&P Express Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Operations to oversee and optimize our logistics and distribution functions in the Lahore region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and service excellence within the courier or logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across branches and hubs. 

- Ensure seamless execution of first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery operations. 

- Drive operational KPIs including TAT, service quality, and cost efficiency. 

- Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure compliance and operational discipline. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and service improvement. 

- Analyze data to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the courier/logistics sector.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

 

- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and team management abilities. Proficiency in operational reporting and process optimization is essential.
