Position: Manager - HR

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Apply solid understanding of HR practices within QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality environments.

Develop manpower planning in coordination with Operations.

Ensure timely hiring to support new store openings and business expansion.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-volume hiring.

Experience in managing change and adapting HR strategies to evolving business needs.

Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

Identify high-potential employees and succession planning.

Work closely with Training teams to assess skill gaps and learning needs.

Support career development and internal promotions.

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company values.

Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and regulations.

Align HR initiatives with business needs, including talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.

Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to management.

Promote Domino’s Pizza culture, values, and employee-first mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality industry.

Strong experience in high-volume hiring and multi-location workforce management.

Sound knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
