Manager Finance Business Partnering

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Finance Business Partnering for its Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Act as a Finance Business Partner to Commercial teams for Agri Sciences business.

Monitor key working capital metrics including DSO, overdue receivables, inventory, and SLOB.

Participate in S&OP and Inventory Depletion meetings to support demand and supply alignment.

Forecast COGS and analyze its impact on finished goods and profitability.

Perform forward costing for potential procurement across business segments.

Conduct detailed OPEX variance analysis and prepare monthly management reports.

Analyze customer-wise and product-wise sales and margin performance.

Support commercial teams through ad-hoc financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business cases.

Record and manage accruals in line with distributor and commercial contracts.

Prepare finance inputs and ECM slides for Marketing and senior management reviews.

Support pricing governance through pricing policy evaluation and dashboard monitoring.

Review financial aspects of contracts with distributors, vendors, and partners.

Lead budgeting, consolidation, and five-year planning processes in collaboration with business leadership.

Prepare and supervise management presentations for ECM, EMT, CFO, and CE forums.

Provide operational finance support including product costing, incentives processing, and provisions for debtors and inventory.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Advance Excel and Power BI

Proficiency in SAP
