Manager - Electrical

We are hiring for the following position:

Manager – Utility (Electrical) Department
Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in garment manufacturing industry.
Qualification: Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Key Competencies:
1. Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
2. Proficiency in SCADA systems (Wonderware, WinCC, etc.)
3. Expertise in instrumentation design and process control.
4. Knowledge of industrial washing processes and machinery.
5. Familiarity with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, and related equipment.
2. Design and implement PLC-based automation for process control and optimization.
3. Develop and maintain SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control of washing operations.
4. Lead instrumentation design and calibration for temperature, pressure, flow, and chemical dosing systems.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
6. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and process efficiency.
7. Manage energy consumption and propose cost-saving initiatives.
8. Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance schedules.
9. Train and supervise technicians and junior engineers.
