Position: Management Trainee Officer – Weaving
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in day-to-day operations of the weaving department.
-Monitor loom performance, efficiency, and production output.
-Support implementation of weaving plans as per production targets.
-Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve weaving issues.
-Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
-Analyze fabric defects and assist in corrective actions.
-Prepare basic production and efficiency reports.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the weaving unit.
Required Skills:
-Basic understanding of weaving processes, loom types, and fabric structures.
-Knowledge of yarn, fabric defects, and quality parameters.
-Ability to interpret production and efficiency data.
-Basic reporting and documentation skills.
-Familiarity with modern weaving machinery is a plus.
Soft Skills:
-Strong learning attitude and willingness to work on the shop floor.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Problem-solving mindset.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering with specialization in Weaving.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
