Management Trainee Officer – HR Operations

Imtiaz is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented "Management Trainee Officer – HR Operations" to join our HR team at the branch level. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to HR operations, workforce management and labor compliance within one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.

📍 Location: Karachi (Branch Based).

🎓 Qualification:

 * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

💼 Experience & Skills Required:

 * Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience or internship in HR Operations.

* Willingness to work with blue-collar and contractual workforce.

* Basic knowledge of attendance, shift management and payroll coordination.

* Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.

* Strong learning attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems will be an advantage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and shift coordination.

* Support recruitment and onboarding activities for warehouse staff and operators.

* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

* Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate payroll-related inputs such as attendance, overtime and incentives.

* Support handling of employee queries and grievances under supervision.

* Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and engagement activities.

* Coordinate with contractors and vendors as required.

* Support HR audits, inspections, and reporting related to compliance.
