Job Summary:
The MTO – HR Operations will support day-to-day HR operational activities including employee records management, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
-Support onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
-Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
-Assist in HR documentation, letters, and employee confirmations.
-Support HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements.
-Handle employee queries related to HR operations under supervision.
Requirements:
-Fresh Graduates with BBA/ MBA or MS HRM
-Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies.
-Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
-Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
