Arcana Info is looking for high-potential fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Officer – Data & AI Program. This program is designed to groom future leaders in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, providing hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges while building technical and analytical expertise.

As an MTO – Data & AI, you will rotate across multiple projects and business units, working closely with experienced data professionals to deliver actionable insights and AI-driven solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing datasets from multiple sources

 • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data visualization to uncover patterns and trends

 • Support Machine Learning model development (supervised & unsupervised learning)

 • Help in training, testing, and evaluating models to solve business problems

 • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions

 • Explore and experiment with Generative AI models and tools for innovative business applications

 • Document methodologies, findings, and insights for internal and external teams

 • Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to develop technical and professional skills

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

 • Fresh graduates in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields

 • Solid foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or SQL

 • Understanding of Data Science concepts: EDA, feature engineering, statistical analysis

 • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning: regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation

 • Exposure to Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools/frameworks

 • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

 • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
