🚨 We’re Hiring: Licensing & Regulatory Manager (Night Shift – U.S. Operations) 🌙

BTCM Consulting is seeking an experienced Licensing & Regulatory Manager to oversee licensing and permit processes for our convenience stores and gas stations across the United States. Location: Karachi

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📌 License & Permit Oversight (U.S.)

Ensure all locations maintain active and valid business licenses, liquor licenses, tobacco permits, fuel permits, health permits, and environmental approvals in accordance with federal, state, and local U.S. regulations.

🏛️ Regulatory Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact with U.S. city, county, state, and federal agencies regarding licensing, renewals, inspections, and documentation.

📅 Renewals & Deadline Management

Track and manage expiration dates across multiple states to ensure timely renewals and uninterrupted operations.

📂 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain organized digital and physical records of all licenses and regulatory correspondence. Prepare and submit applications, renewals, and required reports accurately.

📚 Regulatory Monitoring

Stay updated on changes in U.S. laws and requirements impacting convenience stores and gas stations, and implement necessary updates internally.

🤝 Operational Support

Support store managers and field teams with licensing guidance, documentation needs, and issue resolution.

⚡ Issue Management

Proactively resolve licensing challenges, violations, or regulatory concerns to minimize risk and operational impact.

🎓 Qualifications

✔️ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing U.S. licenses and permits, preferably within the convenience store, fuel, or retail industry.

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

🛠️ Required Skills

✅ Strong understanding of multi-state U.S. licensing and permit requirements

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines during night shift hours

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems

✅ Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
