**Job Title:** Liaison Officer - Industrial Relations
**Location:** Islamabad (Head Office)
**Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in dealing with government bodies, including Social Security Institution and Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact with government officials and relevant departments
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle related documentation
