Job Opening: Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator

📍 Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
🕔 Shift: Evening (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the success of our training programs by managing learning processes, supporting employees, and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Certification Tracker for new hires
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience with welcome materials and timely resource access
Coordinate with managers and trainers to share new hire details
Prepare and monitor New Hire Reports to track onboarding progress
Track and verify the timely completion of training programs
Provide training-related communication and support to new hires
Assist with process improvements and coordinate with automation teams
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong data management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication
Excellent teamwork, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good English communication is mandatory
