Position Title: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate must have proven experience hiring for technology firms and a strong understanding of technical skill sets, hiring pipelines, and stakeholder management.
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of hands-on recruitment experience within technology firms.
