Herbion is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic HR Leader to manage and lead HR operations across Head Office and international locations. This role is designed for an HR professional who not only understands HR fundamentals but also comprehends how technology is rapidly transforming work, roles, skills, and organizations.

We are looking for someone who can think ahead of the curve, translate technological change into people strategy, and take ownership of initiatives independently, without requiring constant guidance or direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations for Head Office and international entities

Drive HR strategy including talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design and people transformation

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and practices aligned with global standards

Leverage technology, AI, BI, HR analytics, and digital tools to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness

Anticipate how emerging technologies will impact roles, skills, and performance models, and proactively adapt HR practices

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies

Work independently and take initiative; ownership of projects is essential

Candidate Profile

Strong academic background, preferably from reputable or top-tier institutions

Proven experience in a senior or lead HR role, managing complex or growing organizations

International exposure through professional, academic, or personal experience

Demonstrated ability to understand and internalize rapid technological change, not just use systems

Strong interest in or experience with technology-driven HR transformation, including AI, BI, analytics, or advanced HR platforms

Highly independent, proactive, and able to work without spoon-feeding

High level of confidence, leadership maturity, and learning agility

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
