Position: Lead Closer (Onsite)
Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Saturday)
Compensation: PKR 80,000 + Uncapped Commissions
Role Overview:
Massive Dynamic PK is seeking an experienced Lead Closer to manage and convert international leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is results-driven, confident in client communication, and skilled in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Build strong client relationships, address objections, and close deals effectively
Assess client requirements and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
