Sorrel Foods Private Limited is looking for Key Account Manager (KAM) Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade accounts, supermarkets, and institutional clients.
· Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to achieve category and sales growth.
· Ensure optimal product assortment, pricing, and promotions across all accounts.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned key accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new channels.
· Monitor secondary sales, stock levels, and order patterns to ensure consistent performance.
· Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams to implement in-store activations, planograms, and promotional campaigns.
· Negotiate display spaces, visibility agreements, and marketing support with account partners.
· Monitor execution of brand visibility across stores and evaluate ROI on trade investments.
· Analyze sales data, category trends, and competitor performance to recommend actionable strategies.
· Prepare account-wise performance reports and forecasts for management review.
· Maintain accurate sales records, credit notes, and promotional claims.
· Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of key account operations.
· Coordinate with distributors and logistics teams for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
· Support the launch of new SKUs and product innovations within key accounts.
