Junior QA / Software Tester (𝟭-𝟮 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 - 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 (𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗵-𝗲-𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹)

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

- 1-2 years of experience in software testing.

- Strong understanding of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC.

- Experience testing B2C (Business-to-Consumer) applications, including consumer-facing web and mobile platforms.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

- Experience or exposure to Functional & Non-functional testing

- Basic knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.

- Ability to test web and mobile applications.

- Basic understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and test execution.

- Willingness to learn automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Good attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.

- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆:

- Basic exposure to automation testing concepts or scripts.

- Familiarity with SQL basics for simple data validation.

- Exposure to common B2C workflows such as user onboarding, search and discovery, cart/checkout, order tracking, notifications, and user reviews.

- Interest in AI-assisted testing tools.

- Any internship, freelance, or academic project related to QA/testing.

- ISTQB (Foundation Level) or intent to pursue certification.
