Systems Limited is looking for Junior HRBP (𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲).
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide guidance on organizational structure and workforce planning.
· Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
· Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation, culture building, and employee alignment with company values.
· Analyze trends and metrics related to employee data, turnover, engagement, and performance to inform decision-making and strategy.
· Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in HRBP role.
· Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
· Ability to collaborate and build relationships with employees.
· Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent management frameworks.
· Experience in change management and organizational development.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
