Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. looking for a Junior HR Officer to support our HR team in day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth HR processes.
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
-Assist with attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
-Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Requirements:
-Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
-0โ2 years of relevant HR experience
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
