Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in our garment manufacturing operations at Korangi, Karachi. The candidate will analyze production, inventory, and shipment data to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and support management reporting.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelorโs degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 1โ2 years of experience in garment/apparel industry preferred.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Collect, clean, and validate production and inventory data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze KPIs such as line efficiency, rejection rate, and production targets.
- Monitor fabric consumption and trims usage against BOM.
- Support costing and order analysis.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and merchandising teams for accurate data.
- Develop dashboards using Excel or BI tools.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Understanding of garment production flow (cutting, sewing, finishing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
