Job Overview:

Bestfiler is seeking a motivated Junior Bookkeeper to support our international client base. We need a detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

Experience Required: 1–2 years of professional bookkeeping experience

This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently with guidance. Karachi-based candidates are required for this urgent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records

Record daily financial transactions including income and expenses

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries

Support accounts payable and receivable management

Assist with financial statement preparation

Review and organize existing books when required

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and deadlines

Coordinate with senior team members to resolve bookkeeping queries

Requirements:

1-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience

Experience using QuickBooks Online (experience level must be stated)

Basic understanding of accounting principles

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently with guidance

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Karachi-based location required

Available to start immediately

Nice to Have:

Prior exposure to international clients

Experience with multiple accounting software platforms

Willingness to work flexible hours for client time zones
