IT Technician

ZERO Healthcare is hiring "IT Technician".
Location: DHA, Phase 6, Lahore
Gender: Male
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: BS (IT/CS) or relevant field with IT Certifications/Courses (is a plus).

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT, networking, and electrical-related tasks, along with relevant certifications/courses in IT. The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and assisting in electrical support when required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
-Provide technical support to employees for system and network-related issues.
-Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot IT-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
-Assist in network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
-Ensure regular system backups, security updates, and virus protection across all systems.
-Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and support logs.
-Support IT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
-Assist with tasks related to electrical systems such as UPS maintenance, cabling, and troubleshooting power-related issues.
-Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
-Collaborate with other departments to understand and resolve IT-related needs.

Requirements & Skills:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (BS IT/BSCS). Certifications: IT-related certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft, etc.) will be preferred.
-Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in IT support and networking.
-Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
-Familiarity with electrical tasks such as cabling, UPS, and basic power troubleshooting.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
