🚀 Ocean Ceramics is Hiring: IT Support Officer
Location: FIEDMC Faisalabad, Pakistan | On-Site
🔧 Job Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot MikroTik routers
Install and maintain Ubiquiti dishes & UniFi access points
Handle TP-Link, D-Link, and Ruijie routers
Perform printer & photocopier installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage and support CCTV systems (Cameras, XVR/NVR)
Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset records
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (hardware, software, network issues)
Ensure smooth operation of LAN/Wi-Fi networks
Assist in basic IT security and backup practices
🎯 Requirements
1 to 1.5 years of relevant IT support experience
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Basic understanding of networking concepts and the Windows environment
