Job Opportunity – IT Support Executive / IT Officer

A reputable construction company based in DHA Phase 8, Karachi is looking to hire an IT Support Executive / Officer.
Responsibilities include:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network devices
Managing LAN, Wi-Fi, ISP connectivity, and Fortinet Firewall troubleshooting
Providing on-site and remote user support
Server configuration, data backup management, and account setups
Managing NVRs, CCTV cameras, and biometric attendance machines
Supporting video conferencing setups.
Handling IT asset procurement, SLA monitoring, and related documentation
Assisting in graphic design, video editing, and social media content preparation

Requirements:
Strong understanding of networking and troubleshooting
Experience in user support, IT asset handling, and ISP coordination
Ability to manage multiple IT-related tasks independently
