IT Support (𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭)

We’re also looking for a skilled IT Support professional to ensure our systems run smoothly and securely.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site, Night Shift)

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Based on Experience

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Maintain and optimize network, intranet, internet, and Exchange servers

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, network devices, and UPS systems

Implement IT security policies and manage endpoint protection

Oversee website updates, domain administration, and asset management

Monitor system performance and recommend technology upgrades

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity

Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues

Hands-on experience with website/domain management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

2+ years of experience in same domain (Required)

Strong English communication skills

Willingness to work night shift

Ability to commute or relocate to Wapda Town
