Job Overview:

EnDemand IT is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist with strong exposure to international markets, specifically the Middle East and KSA. This is a remote role, however, candidates must be based in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing capabilities and a proven track record of closing complex and niche IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Middle East and KSA markets

• Strong hands-on experience in active sourcing, including Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

• Ability to understand and deliver on complex technical requirements within tight timelines

• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role expectations and market dynamics

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in international IT recruitment, preferably ME & KSA markets.

• Excellent Boolean and advanced sourcing skills.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience hiring for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles

Preferred:

• Prior experience recruiting for Middle East clients.

• Familiarity with visa types, regional hiring practices.
