🎯 Role Overview
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in technical roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

📌 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical competencies
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
Stay updated on market trends and emerging tech roles

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring(Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
