About the Role:
Superior University is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer / Executive to support daily IT operations, ensure system reliability, and provide technical assistance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain systems, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic server issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and procurement.
Ensure data backup, system updates, and cybersecurity best practices.
Support academic labs, classrooms, and administrative systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
