𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: First Shift (Day)

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 3 to 5 years (preferably in an international or corporate environment)

𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is hiring for one of its prestigious clients, a leading multilateral development bank based in Islamabad. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in a corporate or international environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Provide first-line technical support for devices.

-Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and related hardware/software

-Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications

-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

-Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity

-Provide technical support for video conferencing, webinars, and remote meetings

-IT technical support engineer, field support engineer or related functions and preferably with experience related to technical support for mobility equipment such as smartphones, tablets and notebook computers.

-Must possess advanced troubleshooting knowledge and skills in O365, Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS, PowerApps development. 

-Excellent written and oral English communication skills for international organization with diverse nationalities. 

-Preferably have experience in Multinational/International Finance Institutions like World Bank, UN etc

-Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security updates

-Maintain IT support logs and documentation, inventory and coordinate with vendors

-Stay updated with industry trends and recommend IT improvements

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

-3 years of IT support experience (corporate/international environment preferred)

-Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

-Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network management

-Familiarity with remote support tools

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
