Job Summary:
We are hiring an IT Assistant to provide uninterrupted IT support, maintain systems and networks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations at our terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, internet, and CCTV.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
Support ticketing/scheduling systems and staff IT needs.
Liaise with vendors and manage IT assets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field.
2+ years’ IT support experience
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and system/network management.
