International Procurement Executive

McMaster Supply Group is hiring for the position of 'International Procurement Executive' in Model Town, Lahore.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end procurement processes, sourcing, CS, P.Os,.

* Handle international procurement, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and vendor standards.

* Negotiate with local and overseas suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to establish competitive and reliable partnerships.

* Monitor market trends and vendor pricing to anticipate fluctuations and minimize procurement cost.

* Track key procurement metrics to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve overall efficiency.

* Collaborate with Sales department to ensure purchased goods meet company specifications and expectations.

* Develop and implement a monthly purchasing plan aligned with budget constraints.

* Train and supervise procurement staff; delegate tasks effectively and ensure team performance.

* Communicate regularly with management regarding procurement status, team output, and cost-control measures.

* Take proactive measures to mitigate procurement risks through data analysis and corrective actions.

* Foster a cost-conscious culture within the procurement team and across departments.

Requirements:

* Master/Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field.                                                                   

Expertise

* Experience in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.

* 2 to 3 years experience in International Procurement.

Salary: Upto 110K
